How can I help?

I help people tackle the things that cause them distress, such as anxiety and depression, frustration, feeling overwhelmed, and feeling lost or stuck. Through increased awareness of self and our relationships, we can identify the patterns that aren't working for us, and find new possibilities, and new ways of being, that are more satisfying.

What should I expect?

You'll self-reflect on your awareness of yourself and your relationships, then make choices that suit you best.

I won’t give you the answers - I want you to develop coping mechanisms that you’ll use for years to come. You won't be alone, I'll be there with you to help you find your way.

What’s next?

I offer a free 30-minute intro session so we can get to know each other. We'll book regular sessions if I’m the right fit for you. These can end at any time or can be paused if needed.

I offer short-term (up to 12 sessions) and long-term therapy. Sessions can be in person at my therapy room in Fleet, or online. 

I’ve received positive feedback about my therapy dog from clients - you can choose whether or not she joins you in your sessions.

Pricing

Individual Counselling

Sessions are £65, take place weekly, and last 50 minutes.

Couples Counselling

Sessions are £100, take place fortnightly, and last 75 minutes.

Private medical insurance

I’m able to work through private medical insurance companies - please let me know in our intro chat.

My Counselling and Psychotherapy approach

We’ll begin by ensuring we have a working relationship where you feel safe and supported, with clear goals on what you’d like to achieve from therapy.

My work is influenced by Gestalt principles which focus on increasing awareness. Through increasing awareness, we find more choice.

Gestalt is a German word similar to ‘wholeness’. We won’t just focus on your brain, we’ll consider your whole self (brain, body, environment). When we work with the whole self, there is much more information and support available to us than when we work with our thoughts alone. The whole of you will be welcome in our work. We will find ways of working that best support your development - through talking, moving, or other creative ways of working.

It’s important our sessions work for you, so we’ll check in regularly, adjusting our approach to ensure you get what you need from therapy with me.
