About me
I’m Hannah - an experienced and qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Facilitator and Coach in Fleet, Hampshire.
I offer counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and facilitation to individuals and organisations. I thrive on creating environments that effectively support and enable the development of others.
I’ve enjoyed living or working in 11 different countries to date. Experiencing different cultures and environments supported my development of resilience, ability to cope with change, and a strong sense of self. This enables me to work authentically and ultimately experience satisfaction in my life.
My passion and experience for helping to develop people spans from working with those at the start of their career to senior leadership teams and board members. I founded Find Your Way Ltd in 2019 to help teams and individuals find their unique ways to thrive.
My professional background
My career to date spans 20-years working in Human Resources oriented roles within large corporate organisations or 80,000+ employees and small businesses with 2 employees, during which I cultivated my passion for supporting personal development.
I am an experienced international business leader within a FTSE30 company, most recently as Head of HR in the UK’s largest Defence company, BAE Systems, where I was awarded several prestigious company and customer awards for my professional work. I pride myself on my professional standards, including a rare combination of Chartered Fellowship with CIPD, Coach Accreditation with ICF, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with BACP and Psychotherapist with UKCP.
To refine how I support the development of others, I’ve completed in-depth training in professional Human Resources, Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy - occupations that I have benefited from at various times in my life. I currently provide a range of Coaching, Facilitation, Counselling and Psychotherapy services to organisations and individuals.
