About me
I’m Hannah - an experienced and qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Therapeutic Coach in Fleet, Hampshire.
I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Coaching to individuals and couples. I thrive on creating environments that effectively support and enable the development of others.
I’ve enjoyed living or working in 11 different countries to date. Experiencing different cultures and environments supported me to cope with change, develop resilience, and navigate different challenges in relationships. This enables me to work authentically and ultimately enjoy life more.
My passion and experience for helping to develop people started early in my career whilst working with people a the start of their career, mid careers, senior leadership teams and board members. I since founded Find Your Way in 2019 to help people find their own unique way to thrive.
My professional background
My career spans more than 20 years working in people-oriented roles. I’ve worked in large corporate organisations of 80,000+ employees and small businesses with as few as 2 employees. I’ve also supported couples and individuals, which helped me cultivate my passion for personal development.
I am an international business leader with experience within a FTSE30 company, most recently as Head of HR in the UK’s largest Defence company, BAE Systems, where I was awarded several prestigious company and customer awards for my professional work. I pride myself on my professional standards, including a rare combination of Chartered Fellowship with CIPD, Coach Accreditation with ICF, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with BACP and Psychotherapist with UKCP.
To refine how I support the development of others, I’ve completed in-depth training in professional Human Resources, Coaching, Counselling and Psychotherapy - professions that I have benefited from personally at various times in my life. I also continue to develop through continued professional development (CPD). I currently provide a range of Counselling and Psychotherapy services to individuals and couples, I teach Psychotherapy at a London Institute and provide Consultancy, Facilitation and Coaching for organisations.
