I offer a space which blends support and challenge, where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings and concerns and find a way forward that works for you.
I understand how beneficial therapy dogs can be, so you can choose if you’d like my therapy dog, Scarlet, to join our sessions if we’re working in person.
